Hey there! People come to therapy for all sorts of reasons. Maybe you’re feeling like you're stuck in a loop of not being "good enough", constantly battling with the weight of perfectionism. Or perhaps you’re exhausted from the whole "fake it 'til you make it" mindset, trying to keep up appearances while inside, it feels like everything is falling apart.
I’ve always been passionate about the mind-body connection, and I love supporting my clients as they learn to integrate both. Life is a wild ride—exciting, scary, beautiful, and at times, overwhelming. Whether we’re celebrating the high points or navigating the darker moments, therapy is a space to honor all of it. I truly believe that healing is possible, no matter what you’ve been through and therapy can support us in tapping into our inner wisdom and resilience, so can move forward and embrace the future we deserve.
That’s why I’m so passionate about creating a space where you can be real, explore what’s going on inside, and begin to make sense of the complexities of being human.
