Originally from outside of Boston, MA, I’ve called Los Angeles home for over a decade, where I live with my partner and our two quirky pugs, Rufus and Toast. You can usually find me discovering new restaurants around the city (I’m a foodie at heart), hiking to get some fresh air, spending time with family and friends, or traveling around the world for a little adventure.

I get that therapy can feel scary at first. That is why I meet my clients where they are—with compassion, curiosity, and a steady presence. I also believe that healing doesn’t always have to be so heavy. Sometimes, a little humor can bring lightness to even the toughest conversations.
